1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99xobd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 99xobd platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or withdrawing winnings — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 99xobd platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 99xobd reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 99xobd account. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your account on your behalf.

• You accept that 99xobd bears no liability for losses incurred through unauthorised account access where the security breach resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality or your use of an unsecured device or network.
• You must use a unique, strong password for your 99xobd account and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
• All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your legal responsibility until such time as 99xobd has been formally notified of the security breach and has taken steps to suspend the account.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 99xobd are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is activated, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are published on the relevant promotion page.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution tables are displayed on the promotion detail page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified on the promotion page (typically 7 to 30 days from activation). Expired bonus funds are removed without compensation.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit (as specified on the promotion page) will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

Players found to be abusing promotions will have their bonuses cancelled, their accounts suspended, and any winnings generated through abuse voided.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards in live dealer games or coordinating bets in sports betting markets.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been used to place bets or play games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform on your behalf without prior written consent from 99xobd.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, error, or malfunction in the platform software to gain credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not be available under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering: Using the 99xobd platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence. 99xobd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required by applicable regulations.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual to access the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99xobd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of 99xobd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 99xobd platform without prior written authorisation. The 99xobd brand name and logo are trade marks of the platform and may not be used in any context without express written permission.

99xobd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Age verification failure — where a player cannot confirm they meet the 21-year minimum age requirement.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or mobile money provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.
• A valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the account to be closed.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. The closure request will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be settled to the player's registered payment method.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 99xobd is incorporated. In the event of a dispute between you and 99xobd, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Written notification of any dispute must be sent to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the claim and the remedy sought.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notification, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or through the courts of competent jurisdiction. Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 99xobd with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
• Waiver: Failure by 99xobd to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
• Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from 99xobd. 99xobd may assign this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder to a successor entity without notice.
• Force majeure: 99xobd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of third-party payment providers.
